Switch to your organization profile

If you are the administrator for an organization profile, you can access this profile by following the steps below.

Step 1- Login to your personal Causes profile

Go to www.causes.com and login to your personal Causes profile.

Step 2- Switch to your organization profile

Click on your profile picture in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be able to select "Use Causes As: Your Organization." 

Edit your organization profile

Manage your organization profile by clicking Edit Your Profile on your campaign page. You can use this tool to add administrators, edit profile information and access donor information.




Add an Administrator to your organization 

For organizations that have more than one person managing their online presence, you can add another administrator by following the steps below.

Step 1- Switch to your organization profile

Login to your personal profile at Causes.com. Then, switch to your organization profile by clicking on your profile picture in the upper, right-hand corner and selecting to "Use Causes As: Your Organization."

Step 2- Go to the settings page for your organization profile

Once you have switched to your organization profile, click on the name of your organization in the upper, right-hand corner and select "settings."

 

Step 3- Edit your Administrators

Click on the "Administrators" tab. 

Step 4: Add another Administrator 

You can add another administrator by entering the email address of the additional administrator. Please note: The email address has to be linked to a Causes account.
